This project involves converting a former dental and physical therapy office into a modern bakery and café. The first step was demolition, which took three weeks.

The demolition required extreme caution because the building shares sprinkler system with neighboring businesses, including Starbucks, Panda Express, and four other restaurants. Accidentally triggering the system could result in significant damages, including labor costs, property damage, and lost business income for the tenants.

Our team carefully planned and executed each step to avoid disruptions, ensuring the space could be safely transformed while respecting the surrounding businesses.
